There is the collection of best methods to earn some handsome package by working online:
1.)Writing Quality Content
As this is the era of internet and there is atleast one (and sometimes more than one) website associated with a business hence generating millions and billions of websites in all. What is common to these websites is content – the most basic necessity of all these websites. So if you have possess good writing skills then writing and selling content can prove quite good option for you. You can try on Demand Studi and Associated Content for getting paid for your writing. Also you can write for online publications and magazine editions etc.
2.)Home-based Jobs
There are a number of freelancing websites where you can get registered and can bid for projects as per your skill like web designing, development, search engine optimization, marketing etc. These websites have a great database of global clients which post their projects their and the contractors can bid on the projects as per their skill set and after the client choose or hire a contractor then they agree on the terms and condition and the contractor get paid for the work done.

If you are having a product or item that you think can have more presence and selling opportunity in online world rather than from the physical location of the product then creating an online store is the best option to look for. These online stores will also prove the best choice when you don’t want to get bothered of maintaining a separate website for listing your products foronline community.

4.) Give Advice by Answering Questions
If you have a great expertise in a field then there are chances of getting paid by simply giving your valuable advice about that niche. There are basically a number of Question/Answering websites where you can make smart income by suggesting the needed solution.
For example Just Answer is a question-answering website where the registered users ask questions and list the price they are going to pay for getting an expert answer.
Some most effective question-answer websites that paid for giving advice to users are:
1.) Just Answer
2.) Web Answers
3.) Cha Cha
4.) Fun Advice
5.) Ether
5.)Take Surveys Online
Taking online surveys are getting very much popular now a days for being so easy to understand and deal plus earning you some good bucks. You generally need to get registered on Survey sites and then you will get notified every time there is a survey for you. You can generally earn from $2-$5 for completing a single survey.
The best websites I would suggest for starting taking surveys are
1.) My Survey
2.) Valued Opinions
3.) Survey Head
6.)Review Writing
As I said above ”this is the era of internet”, so almost all of the businesses are definitely having their products listed online for attracting online community and making their products easily available to online users. But the users have a lot of options to choose from then how they would decide what product would be genuine among a number of choices. AT such point the reviews about the products proves great judge. A user will generally pick the one product or item which will be having more positive reviews. SO most of the businesses are paying good writers for writing reviews about their products and services. So you can write reviews for those products on their own site or other websites on internet and can earn a very good amount.

Would you like to get free exposure across thousands of people’s Pinterest pages?
Are you concerned you don’t have the time to manage aPinterest account on top of all of your other social media efforts?
In this article I’ll reveal a solution to make your Pinterest marketing easier and get the results you want.
Introducing Pinterest Contributor Boards
Pinterestcontributor boards are a little-known feature to get others to contribute to your board.
The image below is an example of a contributor board. When you see the symbol of a group of people next to the number of pins, you know that board has contributors.
Note the symbol that identifies that this board has contributors.
Benefits of a Contributor Board
Save Time and Energy
On contributor boards, other people create content and do the work for you!
One of the most common struggles business owners face when it comes to social media is the time and energy it takes to maintain a presence on their social media accounts.
This is an opportunity to let others pin, stay active and interact with your audience.
Get Exposure Across Multiple Pages
Contributor boards are an effective way to get more followers from the exposure you receive across your contributors’ Pinterest pages.
When someone accepts your invitation to become a contributor, that board is automatically added to his or her Pinterest page as well. This is why it’s important for you to add pinners with audiences similar to your own.
You can check any board to see if other pinners are contributing simply by looking at the top left of the page.
Circled are the icons linking to the board’s contributors.
Automatically Get More Followers
When users choose to “follow all boards” on your contributors’ accounts, they’ll automatically follow your board too!
So you not only get exposure on your contributors’ pages, you also get more followers from them.
Anytime users click the Follow All button on one of your contributor’s pages, you will automatically get followers for your board too.
My Story
When I saw that Whole Foods and Jetsetter had started contributor boards, I decided to create one of my own. Instead of inviting customers, I chose to invite some of my colleagues.
It’s amazing how quickly and easily I was able to get hundreds of new followers in just a few weeks.
Even though it wasn’t the most popular topic with the most pins, this contributor board quickly had my most overall followers!
Keep reading to learn how to create a contributor board of your own.
How to Add a Contributor
1. Click Edit Board.
The first step to adding a contributor is clicking Edit Board.
2. Type in the names of the people/brands you want to add as contributors. You must be following them on Pinterest to do so.
Second, you must type in the name of the pinner you would like to add.
3. Click Save Settings. Now all you have to do is wait for the contributor to accept your invitation.
Finally, click the Save Settings button to save your changes.
If you want to remove a contributor from your board, click the X next to his or her name.
The X next to a contributor can be clicked any time to remove him or her from the board.
Whom Should You Add as a Contributor?
First, contributors should share a similar audience to yours, and the bigger the better. Your goal is to get in front of as many potential customers as possible.
Here are some ideas to consider.
1. Customers
Customers like it when you recognize and reward them for their contribution. Call attention to superstar customers and add them as contributors to one of your brand’s Pinterest boards. Email them and decide on a particular topic or interest and then let them pin away!
Some brands have contributor boards that allow customers to pin the different ways they’re using the company’s products.
Shape your boards around your audience. This is a surefire way to ensure your content is valuable and relevant.
Your other fans will also start becoming more active pinning and repinning your images, hoping that they could be a board contributor one day too.
2. Colleagues
Delegate aPinterest board to your staff, employees and interns.
Reach out to bloggers within your industry—they’re sure to have a sizable following.
You can also add other business owners in your industry. This is a great way to get in front of new potential clients and customers.
3. Competitors
This is one time when playing nice with your competitors can really pay off.
Introduce yourself and invite competing businesses to be contributors.
They have access to customers who are interested in services similar to your own. What better way to showcase your offerings to them?
With strategic choices, this can be a win-win for both business owners. You’ll be surprised how customers interested in one brand will also purchase additional similar items from another. In many cases, there’s no loss of sales, only overall growth for both brands.
Conclusion
As you can see, contributor boards are a great way for you to make it easy to create the content for your Pinterest account.
When you add more pinners, you’ll have a wider range of valuable pins to keep your audience engaged and active.
When you have multiple contributor boards on your account, expect to see a faster growth rate in terms of your followers as well.
So what are you waiting for? Do you see the exciting opportunity that awaits you? Add some contributors to your boards and increase your followers and exposure today!

Looking to increase your Facebook page engagement?
Wondering why some pages have very high engagement and others nearly none?
In this post I’ll share five tips you can put to work right away.
About Facebook Engagement
What is it that makes some Facebook fan pages wildly successful with constant high engagement rates where the fans and their friends eat up the content like there’s no tomorrow… while other pages sit there dormant with hardly any activity, yet they produce great content, too?
Making Facebook work for your business can often take a bit of trial and error… and time.
You need to have patience and be willing to invest your own time and/or invest in a team to help you. You might refer to my postFacebook 101 for Business: Your Complete Guide and scroll to the section on Recommended Six-step Approach to Building Your Facebook Page for a refresher.
Though Facebook has introduced a plethora of changes since I wrote that post, the six-step approach remains valid.
In order to create success on Facebook, you need to have a clear objective and great design, plus:
Solid content strategy (what you’re going to post on your page)
Promotion strategy (how you’re going to continually increase your fan base)
Engagement strategy (how you’ll respond to fans and build community)
Conversion strategy (how you’ll turn your fans into customers)
In this post, I’ll explore five factors that contribute to exceptional engagement and measurable results!
#1: Launch Creative Incentives
From time to time, keep your fans engaged with fun promotions. That mayincludecontests, offers, games, vouchers, codes and more.
Arby’s recently rolled out a clever campaign to celebrate its 48th anniversary. The company added a nifty retro-style coupon as a Milestone way back in the year 1964 (the year the company was founded) on its Facebook Timeline page.
Visitors to Arby’s Facebook page were encouraged to click on the beginning of its Timeline to get a coupon for a Classic Roast Beef sandwich at the 1960s price of $0.64.
Coupons could only be redeemed on July 23, the company’s anniversary date.
The post announcing that the coupon was coming got over 2,600 shares and the poston July 23 got over 3,000 shares. Both posts received thousands of likes and hundreds of comments.
Arby’s Facebook fan page post.
This was a wonderful opportunity for Arby’s fans to play a ‘treasure hunt’ game of sorts, and clearly yielded significant engagement.
“One of our goals for this promotion was to increase engagement and entice sharing, so we wanted everyone to explore our Timeline and have access to the coupon.”
The promotion was also featured on Instagram and Twitter, both directing people to Arby’s Facebook page.
Simple campaign, yes? What can you take away from this idea?
It’s perfectly within Facebook’s Terms of Use to do a giveaway on your fan page. The rule of thumb is does everyone get one? If the answer is yes, you’re good to go—that’s a giveaway. If the answer is no because you’re drawing select winners, then that’s a promotion where you must adhere to Facebook’s Promotions guidelines and use an app to administer the contest/sweepstakes. More on that here.
#2: Post Highly Shareable Content
You might be familiar with the expression “Facebook candy.” This is the type ofcontent that Facebook users get very excited about and immediately want to share with all of their friends.
Your own Facebook news feed is likely peppered with such candy!
This is almost always an image, which tends to get a higher EdgeRank (more news feed visibility). And often, the images contain inspirational or motivational quotes along with an eye-catching photo.
Popular fan page post by MorningCoach.com.
My friend JB Glossinger does a great job of posting consistent shareable content. The interesting thing is JB frequently shares what I call “OPC”—other people’s content.
And, JB’s team engages well with his community (see below).
JB has a daily podcast and has grown his subscribers considerably through his highly engaging Facebook page.
I’ve compiled a Facebook Interest List, Facebook Candy to Inspire, featuring 83 fun sources of content to share. (Let me know in the comments below if you have any fan pages to suggest for this list!)
Could your content use a bit of a boost? How many images do you post vs. links? The latter does tend to get much more visibility!
#3: Build a Tight Community
Some Facebook pages just seem to have a knack for building a real community—onewhere visitors and fans often engage with one another and there is much peer support.
Plus, you can feel the page owners’ presence. They don’t just use their Facebook page as a one-way broadcast channel.
Bridal Hotspot page owner Sylvana Spiby stated onthis post that she can’t remember the last time her engagement rate (ER) was lower than 100%.
Now that’s saying something! Given that the average ER for most brands and businesses is a mere 2%!
Bridal Hotspot fan page owner Sylvana Spiby’s comment about her ER.
To calculate your own engagement—or that of any fan page—here’s the formula:
(PTAT / Likes)*100, where PTAT is “people talking about this.”
This is the most common and quick way to calculate ER.
The screenshot below shows an example of an ER over 100%. This is Modern Parent‘s fan page:
Modern Parent fan page, an example of ER over 100% (135.5%).
(Likes + Comments + Shares on a given day) / # of wall posts made by page on a given day / Total fans on a given day)*100
On Bridal Hotspot’s fan page, Sylvana responds to ALL posts by others, always has a warm and personal style and often uses people’s first names. Plus, something else that stood out for me: she encourages others to share their own content… even if he/she could potentially be a competitor!
Bridal Hotspot fan page question requesting permission to share.
Here’s an example of a fan posting on Bridal Hotspot’s page. Notice their engagement.
Do you have an active community on Facebook? Are you or someone on your team consistently responding to fans’ posts and comments?
#4: Have a Quirky Brand
Have you seen the Dollar Shave Club‘s comic marketing video featuring CEO Michael Dubin’s dry humor? It’s exceptionally well done and currently has well over 5.5 Million views on YouTube!
The Dollar Shave Club is an innovative concept where members pay a small monthly fee to receive razors by mail. That’s it—super-simple and highly successful!
The company culture is clearly fun, quirky and creative, and this spills over onto the company’s Facebook page, too. Although DSC doesn’t post that often on its fan page, the fans post regularly… and they frequently get a personal response by DSC admins.
Example fan post and engagement by Dollar Shave Club on its fan page.
The company involves fans with giveaways such as flasks, t-shirts and “handsome-ass bottlekeys!” Fans can participate via Twitter and DSC’s blog, too.
Along with a hilarious marketing video and quirky brand, this company clearly filled a niche that people didn’t know they needed, and as such the company has built a cult-like following.
Even though he doesn’t shave often, Sir Richard Branson was so impressed he felt compelled to blog about this fun company! See also this writeup on Inc.com. (I first discovered the DSC in an article in the July 2012 Inc. Magazine.)
How can you add humor and maybe a wee bit more quirkiness to your brandand Facebook engagement? People LOVE to be entertained!
And, when you mix entertainment and education, you get edutainment. Social Media Examiner’s own community manager, Andrea Vahl, has an alter ego as a fun social media edutatiner, Grandma Mary.
#5: Be a Beloved Personality
Last, but by no means least, is the inimitable George Takei. He’s really in a league of his own on Facebook!
George is a widely recognized actor, starring in some 40+ feature films and hundreds of television shows. But, he is probably best known for his portrayal of Mr. Sulu in the acclaimed television and film series, Star Trek.
On Facebook, George seems to have an incredible knack for posting extremely viral content—his fans just can’t wait to share the next nugget of wit.
At any given time, George frequently has an engagement rate GREATER than 100%. At the time of writing this post, per the screenshot below, the ER is 135%. (Remember, the average is just 2%.)
George Takei’s popular Facebook page with high engagement rate.
Almost all of George’s posts are fun and quirky Facebook candy. Notice that the majority of his posts are photos and he typically posts a very short (humorous) narrative, both factors in getting higher news feed visibility and engagement rates.
What we can learn from George and the way he’s built his Facebook community is that he is extremely consistent. He posts around 3-5 times per day, every day. And, in terms of driving his fans to action, George does get the word out about the upcoming musical Allegiance, in which he stars (and was inspired by his family’s experience).
Nonetheless, aside from being a celeb, you can definitely take away from factor #5 how it’s important to give your fans plenty of excellent content on a regular basis that they just love.
Now it’s Your Turn

Determining which colours to use to enhance your webpage is an important decision. Unlike print media, adding colour is free in web design. In fact, as long as you stay within the safe selection of colours for the Internet, your choices in colour are tremendous.
But you need to be careful. Colours do give people certain impressions. If this weren’t the case, you wouldn’t see some industries tending toward certain colours in their marketing materials and in their logo selection. Here are some things to consider.
Warm Colours
The list of warm colours always includes red, yellow and orange. Some colour theory characterizes black as being a warm colour, as well. These colours tend to be associated with energy, vibrancy and comfort. Yellow is generally perceived to be an optimistic colour, while red is generally perceived to be a powerful colour. Utilizing warm colours in your logo and on your webpage can give viewers a sense of comfort, while still allowing you to present an image of competence and energy.
Cold Colours
Remember that, as far as how people react to colours goes, cold is not the same thing as in different or dispassionate. For example, while green is traditionally thought of as a neutral colour, many colour theorists put it on the cold side of colour temperature. Green tends to invoke images of nature, calm and, in some cases, success but does not project an image of indifference.
Blue and purple are generally categorized as the coldest of all colours. These colours, however, can have a very understated elegance to them that makes them attractive to businesses such as those in the financial sector, healthcare and other industries where trust is important. In fact, blue has been associated with trust for a very long time, and you’ll notice that many banks use it in their logos.
White is sometimes categorized as a cold colour. White, however, is also associated with cleanliness, which makes it an ideal colour choice for businesses that need to give off an image of being very attentive to detail and very hygienic. Think of chefs, doctors and other professionals whose spotless white coats convey an image of precision, competency and efficiency.
Too Many Colours
Most of the well-known corporate logos use two colours at most in them. Some of them use three but, overall, it’s very unusual for a company to use a logo with four or more colours. Google would be one of the notable exceptions to this rule.
A good graphic designer can help you choose complementary colours for your website that make your logo pop and that make the design of your website easy to interact with. They will take into account factors such as making sure the text is clearly visible on any coloured background that appears on your site.
These are practical matters, but they’re among the most important elements of selecting colours. By not using too many colours, you simplify the process of design by allowing designers to avoid having to come up with ways to combine many different colours into something effective.
When you consider it for a moment, using four or more colours tends to convey an image of childishness. Toys “R” Us, for example, has a very colourful logo and it’s appropriate for their business. Google may have pulled it off successfully, but avoiding an abundance of different colours in your web design and in your logo is generally advisable.
When you’re trying to select colours for a new logo, take into account what those colours tend to convey to the viewer. Look at well-known logos in your business sector and try to consider why they may have chosen the colours they use in those logos and why it may help make those logos so recognizable.
Google+ can help people learn about what makes your business tick — your products, promotions, hours and anything else you want to share.
Google+ also plays a major role in search engine optimization (SEO) by making it easier for marketers show up in search results—yet another reason to include Google+ in your social media strategy.
Here are five simple ways to give your business an almost immediate boost using Google+.
#1: Include Keywords and Relevant Links on Your About Page
The About page is a fantastic opportunity to give a quick overview of your business.
You can also link back to specific pages and services from this page, directing potential customers to the most important pages on your website.
It’s important to have a balance of marketing-savvy copy that’s also SEO-friendly. So make sure to include information that searchers will want to know about your company.
Include keywords and links relevant to your business on the About page.
Take advantage of the fact that Google+ allows you to use bullets in your description, which makes it simple to create an easy-to-read list of your products and services.
You can also include links to specific pages and a contact form.
Test and track different variations to see what works best for your business.
#2: Connect With Your Whole Audience Using Google+ Events
Google recently announced the Events feature which allows Google+ users to send out customized invitations to anyone regardless of whether they are Google+ users. It syncs beautifully with Google Calendar and shows up automatically when a user confirms for an event.
In addition to sending out invites to webinars, work functions, parties, etc., Google Events can also send out invites for Google+ Hangouts.
This could be the catalyst to get your business on board with Hangouts or increase the awareness and attendance of the events you’re already hosting.
You can use the Event Tool to send invitations for Hangouts as well as other events.
The “Party Mode” feature of Events allows everyone in attendance to instantly upload pictures into the same album using the Google+ mobile app, creating a living, real-time photo journal of a specific time and place. You can then show the photos off in chronological order as a slides how, all within Google+.
#3: Post Often and Optimize for Best Search Results
Google’s Social Search results are more relevant when they take into account your social connections. That makes it important to include keywords within your posts so that they will show up in your followers’ search results.
Google’s search algorithm includes personalized search results specifically pulled from Google+ activity. The more relevant and content-based your Google+ posts are, the more search results you are likely to show up in.
When a user is signed in to their Google account the search results may highlight relevant content that’s created by or shared by your social connections.
For example, a search for “B2B marketing” shows activity from my connections as most relevant under Google’s Social Search personalized results.
#4: Set Up Google Authorship for SEO Benefits
Google is aggressively using SEO benefits to entice webmasters and bloggers to engage with Google+. Google Authorship is how Google authenticates and will increasingly begin to “trust” you as a quality source of content.
Setting up Google Authorship is simple and straightforward.
You identify yourself to Google through your Google+ profile and then link back to it from your content and vice versa.
Google Authorship is the easiest way to take advantage of the SEO benefits of Google+. Doing so will allow the author’s picture to show up next to his or her blog posts in Google search results, causing higher rankings and click-through rates.
Search results with author images are more trusted and much more likely to get clicks.
The business benefits of setting up a Google Authorship will:
Increase awareness of your overall Google+ profile page
Add a human element to your content and increase trustworthiness
Help your content stand out from the crowded search results page
Improve your chances of showing up in more personalized search results
Protect the original post’s ranking position as higher than a post that has scraped or syndicated the original content
Studies have shown that Google Authorship will increase click-through rates
Step 1: Add a link to your Google+ profile on each of your blog posts.
On each of your blog posts, add a link to your Google+ profile with “rel=author”attached to the end of the link URL.
Here’s an example: https://plus.google.com/111498947729292607681?rel=author. It doesn’t matter where on the page you put the link or what the anchor text is (the clickable words in the link). You can even link an image instead of text.
The end result would look like this: “By Jason Miller“.
If you want to insert this link into all of your blog posts automatically, then you can add it to your blog template; for example, in the footer or header (assuming your blog only has one author).
Step 2: Link from your Google+ profile back to your blog.
After you add a link to your Google+ profile for each one of your blog posts, the last step is to link from the opposite direction, from your Google+ profile to your blog. You do this by adding a link to your blog in the “Contributor to” section of your Google+ profile.

#5: Find Relevant Users and Conversations to Engage With
The number-one rule for success within a community or social platform is to engage in the relevant conversations that are taking place and add value when doing so. The success of your business within Google+ will be a direct result of how you engage from both your personal and business pages.
Here are two great places to find users and conversations to engage with.
Google+ shared circles directory: For your personal page, check out this Google+ shared circles database created by Chris Porter. It’s a fantastic list of Google+ circles based on industry.
Google+ shared circle databases are a great way to find targeted circles to engage.
With one click you can add these shared circles to your personal Google+ circles and have a lively stream of relevant posts and conversations to engage with.
Since your business page cannot circle someone until they circle you, it’s important to build relationships with your personal page and introduce your business page’s content where appropriate.
Take advantage of the rich search functionality of Google+: Search for mentions of your brand and industry-related keywords. Save your searches and they appear on your left sidebar for quick reference.
Regularly search your brand name and top keywords to find mentions and conversations.
Monitor your saved searches daily and respond to mentions, comment on threads and re-share people’s posts.
Even if you have nothing to say, a +1 or a simple “thanks for the mention” or “great post” lets them know that you’re paying attention. Staying top of mind is terribly underrated and these simple gestures will make an impact over time.
Over to You
Following the five steps above will give you and your business a jump-start and a solid foundation to build your overall Google+ strategy upon.
Spending a few minutes a day nurturing your presence will not only boost your Google+ profile, but also increase your business’s overall online presence.
What do you think? Did you find these tips helpful? How many are you currently incorporating into your social plan?
